On the topic of homosexuality….

The Homosexual situation and the Black or Afrikan community….

I want to give my take on this. I like to stand on the outside when looking at issues like this, like an Out-of-body experience. Trying to put myself in everyone’s shoes and then reconcile the two sides on the issue. Or determine where the breakdown occurred. I’m not saying you need to believe anything I post here nor am I saying I have the truth that trumps all. I don’t follow anyone, I just use my talents to try to see the bigger picture.
First and foremost, there is the divide between the people that feel homosexuality is completely unnatural and those that believe that some people are born that way. I believe that both are right. This is the most debatable point of all dealing with this issue. Most people believe that it is wholly impossible for someone to be born being attracted to the same sex and that social conditioning is why people have succumbed to this plight. Some people believe that there are those that have the genetic proclivity to have specific gender sexual reproductive tools (if you will) while their energy could be that of the other gender. Now, no elder anywhere (tribal or western) has said that immoral physical acts of homosexuality are okay. Homosexual acts of a non-reproductive nature are genocidal. They don’t add to the community as far as continuity thru reproduction. Our bodies were not made to do these kinds of things. Yes, it is unnatural from a physical standpoint and thus immoral. No one has explained when or where the genetic proclivity came, nor why, but no one has also explained why black albinos started having their genetics to mutate, nor explain the presence of hermaphrodites. Why do they have both sexual organs? How does western society deal with their gender roles? Are they just useless or can they play both sides? I’m sure tribal elders have answers for these questions pertaining to their communities. Yet, imagine the balance of an individual like this. If as above so below, as within so without, then this person is balanced on the inside and out. The fact that most of them are asexual or non-reproductive seems like it is because it is unnecessary to be otherwise, they’re already built with all the creative balance they need. Male and female power. So in effect, the argument about proclivities and unnaturality are basically, spiritual vs. physical. Spiritual vs. Physical is also Indigenous vs. Western. It all depends on which angle you want to look at this issue from. But it would help to look at it from both, especially if you are a Westerner. If you don’t want to do that, then have fun dealing with this issue forever.

The fact still remains that they were born for a reason, even with or without this genetic proclivity. There is a meteoric rise in homosexuality right now, but if it was all gene-based and not due to societal tampering, then homosexual numbers surely wouldn’t be on the rise as much and they wouldn’t threaten to overtake the entire community like everyone seems to be so afraid of happening. This is where it gets tricky, because now you have to determine whether or not a person was born this way, or if society just pushed them to this way of life. Or you have to determine that hermaphroditism is, in fact, a natural mutation, and not the result of some tampering, experimentation, or just an anomaly caused by something external and not spiritual. But one of the universal laws, the law of Accidents, states that there are NO ACCIDENTS. And who are we to argue with universal laws? EACH and EVERY person on this planet has the ability to tap into their opposite gender’s energy. No person’s energy is 100% male or 100% female. That would be quite unhealthy as it is out of balance anyway. So with a little poking and prodding from the current paradigm, there really is a threat of pushing that balance beyond what is considered manly or womanly, thus promoting genocide and extinction, if people were to just let society have its way. WE ARE ALL at risk of being pushed into homosexuality and that is the cause that most of the brothers and sisters here in the West have taken up to combat. We have some real heavyweights who have spent their entire lives working with children and the community to make sure european society doesn’t push them over to this way of life. This is a noble cause because it is a tough issue. It is a dangerous topic that is harming our community because of it forcing the unnatural and immoral side of it onto us. It MUST be stopped. We must heal ourselves of the wounds they have caused in our psyche. But to make it a divisive issue amongst our community, is completely unhelpful. And for those that don’t realize fully why they feel the way they do about homosexuals in this western society, may have trouble seeing that their viewpoints may run in line with the dominant European perspective instead of trying to understand what their Afrikan tribal brothers and sisters are saying about the subject, those with whom they claim to wish to rekindle a nation with. (Some even go as far as to say that is not one of their goals. But I cannot see how that is possible when they scream for Black Unity all the time) With that said, there is an obvious split between indigenous Afrikan societal views on homosexuality and that of the western world. The issue is causing a major rift between our Afrikan spiritual roots and our current western circumstances. We, over here claim to want to get nearer to our Afrikan tribal elders and family “back home”. But when they tell us something about how they look at things, we shun them because it doesn’t make sense in the context of where we’re from. We don’t realize over here that if we could see what they see from a spiritual perspective, we’d be better able to handle this issue in western society. Instead, we shun our brothers and sisters along with the homosexuals. Adding to the divisions between us all as a people. Hurting ourselves. Spirituality is what we all should be aspiring to. For it is where the real truth lies. (Play on words)… We can’t afford to push spirituality away. Never, and especially not right now…..

Western society is very geared towards the physical aspect of being; male, logicality, physical sexuality. It has defined very specific gender roles in the process. Men do this, Women do that. REAL men do this, and REAL women do that. You break out of any of those specific roles that don’t coincide with your reproductive tools and you begin to make everyone in the western world uncomfortable. You don’t just have to engage in homosexual copulation to be called gay these days. You just cry a little bit more than usual as a man, you express your emotions a bit more than usual, you claim you’re not interested in gawking over scantily clad women or even playing or watching sports and now you’re on the radar or as some people call it “gay-dar”. Hell, even writing something like this would have people wondering about your orientation. You’d either get one of two responses…. Either this person is comfortable enough with his or her own sexuality to discuss something like this… or they’re gay and only a gay person would say anything close to nice about gay people or come close to defending them in any form or fashion. Now western society is just as confused with the homosexual issue as anyone else. What once used to attract so much intolerance is now gaining momentum in society. You see this with the homosexual movement as well as in the opposite direction with overt racism. Overt racism used to be the thing, now white people look to project overt racism to be a taboo. Western society is responsible for the machismo and bravado associated with intolerance towards homosexuals while also being responsible for the unnatural conversion of many people over to homosexuality. They’re sending conflicting signals, and black people are falling right in line with them. Most of the so-called “warriors” in our westernized Afrikan conscious community talk about killing homosexuals and pushing them out of society. They are a plague, a disease, they carry disease, an anomaly. What kind of Afrikan centered individual talks about killing other Afrikans?! That’s insane! As if no one is redeemable. As if no one has free will. As if they don’t have a purpose. These are all things they may espouse in their teachings, but when it comes to homosexuals they act as if they do not apply. For those that have engaged in the immoral side of homosexuality and do the unnatural acts that threaten our community, the same free will they used to make those decisions could be the same free will they use to exit out of that lifestyle.

In contrast of western society, the indigenous believes everyone has a place, and they focus more on the spirit of a person rather than the physical. They could care less about how you look, what kind of front you put up. They care about the energy. Malidoma said his comments about homosexuality were purely of an energetic nature. He said homosexuals have a special place in society and are more in tune with the opposite energy… more than others at least. How is that not understandable? People seeking spirituality spend their entire lives trying to make their right and left hemispheres synchronize in function so they can be a complete human being. Malidoma knows to let them do what they do in society because of their purpose and involvement with this energy. I don’t think he ever once said that afrikan tribal community homosexuals engaged in physical intercourse. He only said they do rituals that were closed to the public once or twice a year and that these rituals were necessary for the tribe to remain intact. They have a purpose. But just because the doors are closed, most people in the western world would automatikally think that sex is a big part of these rituals or tribal member’s lives. Western society is what turned it into a sexual thing. You can be gay and not have gay sex. You can be a man attracted to men yet never have the desire to have sex with them. There are plenty of men who watch wrestling and bodybuilding shows, who marvel at feats of strength and physiques, in MEN AND WOMEN, but don’t have sex with gay men. They might even spend their entire lives trying to be like those men as well. Some men like being with strong, dominant, even big and physically imposing women. This probably describes a lot of the men in America to varying degrees. And lots of them have families with women and have never had gay sex nor plan to. But isn’t that an attraction to male energy? On the other hand, there are tons of women, who marvel at other women’s hips and booties hoping they can be curvy like them. Even going to great extremes to do so. And some may marry men who seem a little more dainty and feminine. These people don’t always want to have same-sex relations. Who made sex so important? WESTERN SOCIETY. Yes, same sex intercourse is unnatural, primarily because our bodies were not made that way. It does not keep the community alive, it can be construed as genocidal. And this physical part of homosexuality seems to be something that Afrikan indigenous people have no knowledge of. Cause nobody would ever hurt their people like that in their tribes. They don’t go out and convert others over to homosexuality. They don’t prey on other’s vulnerabilities. That’s not community. The elders know who have the proclivity towards these tendencies. And they know what they’re role is in the spirituality of the tribe. That’s what Malidoma was talking about.
It is US, here in the western world with our hypersexualized society that feel the need to thrust these people out of our world. You aint a real man until you talk about killing some gays. Or you can’t stand to have gays nearby you, even if you’re fighting the same cause. And the reasoning behind it sometimes is atrocious. Most of the time it’s got something to do with external perceptions or reputation. They may feel they can’t trust them in the struggle because of the stereotype that they are weak in mind and body, and if they are around then that gives a weak flavor to the whole movement or the organizations that involve them. Although, many homosexuals have done many things in the movement throughout various parts of history. Another reason is they may fear for their own sexuality or reputation by being around other homosexuals.
You also have the “conscious” community who are usually ex-christian and are everything anti-christian whether it be useful or not to their cause. While the Christian community seems to, just recently, not really care about homosexuality. They say “love everybody”. That also includes oppressors and everybody else. But even all of the above have a place in the struggle. Christians just have to shed the “Love Everybody while allowing them to walk on you while you never have to stand up for yourself” mentality and they would almost be ripe for the struggle. I’m sure there’s plenty more, but that would be a good start for them. But as you can see, the conscious community has to oppose the Christians.. and if the Christians are okay with homosexuality, then the ex-Christians or conscious community will have even more of a reason to abhor them all. Not even beginning to look at it from any other people’s perspective. Divisiveness and confusion at its finest.

Throwing all social perspectives out the window with this one. Those people are people and they do have a place, just like every other person that is born here. Even the evil people whom you may feel needs to die out in the most dramatic of fashion. They are serving a purpose. The question is, why are they better at serving their purpose than you are at yours? Do you even know what your purpose is? Might be time to find out.

With regards to the gay issue and the black community, Man this is a tough cookie. We’re talking about HEAVY HITTERS… who base their entire life’s work off of this issue. And ARE RIGHT to do so for the most part. They have identified the primary enemy. They believe in total Afrikan Liberation and Most believe in Unity. Some don’t. I don’t know how. And they want to rid our people of the Eurocentric way of thinking. But a major problem with Afrikan community teachers here in the west, is they don’t know how to admit when they are being closed-minded or that they had to change their previous stance on a subject. A lot of them don’t even realize how they still think a lot Eurocentrically. It’s been their primary work for so long that its deeply engrained into their psyche. They’ve been teaching it to younger generations for decades or more. They’ll never go back and apologize for something they may have been in error about previously. The acclaim and fame or ego seems to stifle that ability. Most of the time, when they do find something that changes their way of thinking, they just hustle it out to their followers, while not retracting their previous statements. Western society is a followers society. It’s what we’ve been doing for a very long time. We put leaders above all else, even ourselves most of the time. And leaders don’t tell you they’re not perfect as they should. This is dangerous when you have a bunch of people following you and hanging onto your every word. In effect, some conscious teachers end up behaving no differently than your average christian megachurch pastor.
Also, there’s a difference between our two peoples, western and tribal, that must be cleared up. We still haven’t learned enough about our indigenous roots. And when something comes up that shatters previous ideas about society, like this Homosexual topic, we can’t readily accept this new information into our lexicon and give it the time of day even we say it deserves because of where it is coming from. So, a slight misunderstanding and lack of desire to view things from another’s point of view causes a major rift between the very people you wish to reconnect with. OUCH!! We have to do better.

Bout to get into some real blogging now…

Just a disclaimer from here on out…

I’m a young black male, 29 years of age on the outskirts of the city of Atlanta.  I have a lot of stuff I want to say but not that many people to say it to that are around me.  I’m gonna start putting stuff on here. But let me be clear.  I’m not here to persuade anybody.  I’m not here to argue with anybody.  I’m not here to convert anybody.  Hell, I probably could care less if you read what I have to say or not.  The thing is, it will be said. I’m not interested too much in debates or any other sort of waste of time.  You can disagree with me, I will understand.  I’m not here to compete with anyone.  I just wanna talk.

go look up the lynching of 18 year old Kody Ingham, found hanging from a tree in front of his white girlfriends house on July 15, 2013 (the same night as the Zimmerman verdict) in Athens, Texas. it was chalked up as a suicide and no investigation ensued, even though two hours prior he called his mother to pick him up from the site he died at. no newspaper article, just a four sentence obituary in the local papers and his family has been trying hard to make any mainstream news channel blow up the story to find the killers.

look up Frederick Jermaine Carter, 26 year old found hanging from a tree in Greenwood, Mississippi on December 3, 2011. ruled a suicide, saying while he was helping his stepfather paint a home, he wandered off, found a tree and proceeded to hang himself. the site of the lynching is ten minutes away from where Emmit Till was killed in 1955. no media coverage, family is trying desperately to get the medias’ attention through YouTube videos.

look up Roy Veal, 55 year old found hanging in Woodville, Mississippi in 2004. he originally lived in Seattle and went to his mother’s home in Woodville to help her fight for the rights to their family land against a white man, oil was found to be underneath the land. his head was covered with a pillow case and burned papers of the documented proof he had to prove his mothers’ ownership were found burned at his feet. ruled a suicide, family trying to get attention through YouTube.

look up Reynard Johnson, 17 year old found hanging from a tree on his front lawn on June 16, 2000 in Kokomo, Mississippi. ruled a suicide even though the belt around his neck was not his. authorities said since no hate group left a message by the body, there was nothing to investigate. his family members said the motive was his relationship with a white girl, he was constantly being harassed because of this. the family managed to get Jesse Jackson to talk on their behalf, but Jesse (just like Sharpton) only have imaginary powers, they are puppets of white supremacy who are only seen nationally when called upon by the white establishment, he wasn’t even able to get the murder national attention.

now this Kendrick Johnson incident in Valdosta, Georgia. look up how there are four surveillance cameras that can show him in the gym but all footage is being withheld by authorities. also there was blood found splattered on the wall of the gym that did not belong to Johnson, showing me he was able to wound one of the perpetrators.

Black people have fallen asleep in this politically correct post-Civil Rights society. Nothing has changed for you negroes, the only thing that is outlawed now is overt expressions of racism and hatred, that’s it. whereas 40 years ago, these white criminals would have come out and admitted they killed him and probably would have posed for a picture too alongside the dead body, now they have to be diplomatic about not hurting feelings. So for example when Bill O’ Reilly refers to young black men in the inner city who he really wants to call Niggers, he says instead “these kids”. don’t let the way words are put together fool you dumb mothafuckers, the hate is still burning.

In 1865, just after Emancipation, African Americans owned 0.5 percent of the total wealth of the United States. But today, a full 148 years after the abolition of slavery, Black Americans still possess only a meager 1 percent of national wealth. so why yall mod’fuckas sleeping and thinking it’s over, the only ”progress” made by blacks is the right to play sports alongside whites, eat next to them, and be their neighbor. there is not ONE black empire in this country that can transfer wealth, black businesses are branches of larger white corporations. don’t let that ”we got a black president” shit fool you
